  • Once you signup for the first time, you have to choose the Favourite sports that you want or Love to play.
  • You can change your Favourite sports on from Home Screen or simply by navigating to Favourites > By Sports > change or add according to your preference.
  • You can also favourite the Facility by just clicking on the heart on Facility Page. It will appear on My Favourite > Facility.
  • Once you select the Favourite sports, the list of sports facilities will appear according to your preference and according to your Location and you can choose according to your Location, Sports you want and amenities that they provide.
  • To book on your selected Facility: Select the Facility > On the Facility Page, select the sports > Select the court type > The time slots >No. of People and then click to add to My Order > Go to My Order > Bookings Confirmation once the Facility accepts the booking > Make the Payment at

  • On the Booking page; Once booked, the Status of booking will appear as:
    Queued: Once booking is done, the facility will accept your booking
    Approved: The facility has approved the booking and you can go and play
    Rejected: The Facility has rejected your booking due to their own reasons.
  • You can view your past bookings on My Bookings page.
  • If you cannot see any facility near your area, that means there are no facilities tied up with Get Ur Game and/or there are no venues near your selected location. The application (website and mobile application or combination) automatically shows the closest venues to your area.
  • The Facility rating is the average of all the ratings given by the Get Ur Game users for a particular venue.
  • To Rate a facility and for your experience, you can simply navigate to My Bookings > Click on the bookings > and Rate.

If you cannot see any facility near your area, that means there are no facilities tied up with Get Ur Game and/or there are no venues near your selected location. The application (website and mobile application or combination) automatically shows the closest venues to your area.

  • What modes of payment are accepted? Get Ur Game accepts payments by credit cards, debit cards, UPI, Wallets and net banking. Sorry, we do not accept cash.
  • I have made full payment at the Facility for my booking but it still shows ‘payment to be made’ in the app?
    This is a case of offline booking; Booking confirmation, rescheduling, cancellations need to be taken up with facility directly. Only partial/complete payments made through the Get Ur Game app will be considered as ‘Get Ur Game Booking’
  • How do I identify the transaction on my credit or debit card statement?
    Each transaction with Get Ur Game will appear marked as from 'GetYourGame Pvt. Ltd.'
  • How to cancel my Booking?
    You can cancel your booking by writing us on booking@geturgame.com with Cancellation and order ID as a subject. Cancellation fee will be levied on gross amount according to every venue’s cancellation policy.
  • Can I reschedule my Booking?
    No, customer cannot reschedule the booking. The customer can cancel and re-book their slots if they wish to reschedule.
  • I cancelled my booking, When will I get my money back?
    From the date of cancellation, it would take approx. 10-12 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
    Note: The cancellation charges will be levied.
  • How will I receive my Refund?
    Refund will be initiated to the account/wallet used to make the payment and will take 10-12 business days for the amount to reflect on your account.
  • Why haven’t I received the entire cancellation amount?
    Cancellation fee will be levied on gross amount according to our cancellation policy.
  • How do I identify the transaction on my bank/wallet statement?
    Each transaction with Get Ur Game will appear marked as from ‘PayU’/’GetYourGame Pvt. Ltd.
  • What are the cancellation charges?
    Cancellation charges, if any and as may be applicable as per the internal policy of the company.
  • The app catches your location, once you give permission to enable your location. The facilities will appear according to your location that the Application caches through geolocation available on the device of the user.
  • To change the location on the home screen of the Get Ur Game application, click onto the Location bar on the right most corner of your screen and set the location that you want to.
  • To edit profile (link) Information simply navigate to My Profile > Click on Edit Button on Right top Corner of your Screen which will direct you to edit User Name, Email ID, Contact Number, Gender, Age, Address after the due verification processes.
  • To change your Profile Picture, click on the Edit Button (Right Top Corner of your Screen) under the My Profile section and click on the Uploaded Image which will redirect you to the gallery section of your device. Please note that only individual photos can be uploaded and not group photos.
  • To Delete your Account, simply reach out to us through the registered email id to us on care@geturgame.com with “Delete my account” as a subject with your registered Email ID

  1. Help With the Booking:
    To Cancel the booking, Write us on booking@geturgame.com with Cancellation and Order ID as Subject (how). Specific email id or registered phone number has to be mentioned as informing the user of the legally recognised and accepted way.

    Note: Cancellation fee will be levied on the user’s payable gross amount according to every Facility’s cancellation policy. No, customer cannot reschedule the booking. The customer can cancel and re-book their slots if they wish to reschedule. To Reschedule the booking, also write us on care@geturgame.com with rescheduling and Order ID as a Subject with the new date and time.

    Get Online with GetUrGame under the aegis of online sessions provides a safe practice with general guidelines for the practices of Zumba, Yoga, Karate, Pilates etc. with certified professionals as participating Instructors, Teachers and support staff through a facility console generated and shared directly to the participating Users by the Instructor or Trainer at the selected time table.

  2. Certifications:
    Get Online with GetUrGame assures that each and every Instructor or Trainer under the aegis of online sessions is a certified professional with a thorough understanding of the theory and subject matter of the sessions. The Certificate of professional nature submitted by the Trainer/Instructor maybe provided on receipt of legal order or in assistance to legal authorities or bodies under a judicial order.

  3. Can more than one person attend the session under one booked slot?
    It is mentioned and legally stated that only one User can attend under one booked slot and violation will invite strict censure and appropriate actions unless option for multiple persons have been expressly opted and paid by the participating Users .

  4. How do the Users enroll and subscribe
    The Instructor applies and signups up with us under the online program. After the verification procedure and acceptance of the Instructor’s certificate and records on the dedicated facility console, the credentials of the Instructor are approved for signup. Subsequently, the approved Instructor will enter all the available time slots and once the booking made by the User is accepted by the instructor/facility the approved Instructor will be obligated and required to create, upload and share the access to Google meet link and the payment links via the facility console and additionally through the voluntarily shared User’s contact information such as email or through SMS, MMS, Whatsapp, etc. for the User’s convenience and ease.

  5. Modes of payment
    The Users are expressly directed and required to conduct any financial transaction through the prescribed modes of financial transaction through the links shared by the brand through facility console only and any other mediums, modes or ways shared by the Trainer or Instructor in contravention or any links not available or verified on facility console are strictly prohibited and not recognised as a valid and complete transaction for the purpose of engaging any and all services offered or advertised under the online program The website reserves its all rights to seek any remedy including but not limited to any and all legal and contractual claims , legal advices and assistance as may be deemed necessary by the brand and its administrators in accordance and as per the applicable laws of India.

  6. How to cancel Booking
    You can cancel your booking by writing us on business@geturgame.com with Cancellation and order ID as a subject. Cancellation charges, if any and as may be applicable as per the internal policy of the company.

  7. Scheduling, Timetable and Emergency
    The User can communicate his request to reschedule his session to the Instructor via the facility console and it may be arranged as per the discretion of the Company/ regulators. It is duly noted however that the constant rescheduling may lead to strict actions by the Company including the refunds, forfeitures, email blockages, restrictive access to utilize the services offered, etc. and further it may affect the quality of the experience due to the change of staff and timing variance due to shuffling of the staff as per their professional timetable. It is strongly expressed and duly stated that the website does not allow or entertain any cancellations or rescheduling by the Trainers or Instructors and any cancellations must be communicated directly at business@geturgame.com. Any scheduling, changes in the timetable, and entertaining of the emergency situations including refunds and scheduling procedure will be at complete internal policy discretion of the existing and applicable policy of the Company and will be subject to the purview and discretion of the administrators and regulators of the Company.

  8. Facility Console including the refund mechanism if it is linked or connected via the facility console.
    It is expressly and categorically stated that the Users are at liberty to cancel and re-book their slots in case if they wish to reschedule through Facility Console as per the applicable and the existing policies and regulations of the Company. The Company strictly enforces no cancellation policy on the Trainers/Instructors and therefore any chances of rescheduling on account of the non availability of the Trainer/Instructors is strictly discouraged and frowned upon by the Company. The Users are strongly encouraged to exhibit prudence and judicious use of intellect while selecting the online session with the preferred Trainer/ Instructor. In case of any clarifications, the Users are encouraged to contact through email on booking@geturgame.com for seeking any clarifications on payments, refunds policy and mechanisms. Please do note that however that any refunds or promotional offers (if applicable) and any benefits would be strictly as per the sole and complete discretion of the Company.

  10. Scope and Curriculum of the online session
    Certification is not a part of the online sessions and is merely an aid to highlight and showcase the professional experience of the Trainer and the Instructor. It is stated and expressed that the program is meant to be fun light exercise session inclusive for all medically certified healthy people.

  11. Are the sessions affiliated to a particular school, style or specific curriculum?
    The trainers and the Instructors are instructed and advised to generally undertake a consensus to follow a style or exercise suitable to all the audience with varying age groups engaging and participating as a audience for the online session to inculcate a interactive and healthy risk free online session.

  12. Are books and materials included in the price of the training?
    No, the costs of books or materials are not included in the charges. The online sessions are general and light in nature and therefore require no extra books or additional literature or paraphernalia to enjoy the online session.

  13. How should we book and online session?
    To book on your selected Online session: Select the Instructor/Trainer > On the Facility Page, select the sports > The time slots >No. of People and then click to add to My Order > Go to My Order > Bookings Confirmation once the instructor accepts the order > Make the Payment by clicking on the Pay now or by going to My Order Page > Once payment is done, Online link will be generated and shared > View the link on My Bookings and Notification page and in your email > Get Online with Get Ur Game and Enjoy your session

  14. When will I find out if my booking has been accepted?
    Upon receipt of your booking request and advance payment, you will be notified and contacted via e-mail or In-App notification and the facility console generated links within minutes, whether the same has been accepted or not. In case the booking is rejected, you will be refunded the entire amount paid towards advance for the said session within __ hours through the links shared through Facility Console.

  15. Evaluation of the Get Online with GetUrGame Program?
    We recommend and advise the participating Users to look for a teacher who speaks directly to you and that you resonate with. The Users are requested to exercise due medical caution and diligence and select a program as per their body type and fitness goals. The Users are strictly advised to seek medical professional’s advice before starting any program and in case of any discomfiture stop immediately, seek rest and ask for immediate assistance and help. Sharing of the feedback, online and offline reviews are positively encouraged.

  16. Legal Waiver and Disclaimers
    It is essential to remind the Users in categorical sense that participating Instructors, Teachers and support staff will retain full responsibility for their own physical and general medical well-being in applying instructions in this guided online program. Get Online with GetUrGame will not accept liability for any injury, medical or otherwise from participating user or audience’s consensual and willing participation in this program. Any efforts to defame or demeaning the online programme in a negative light is discouraged and prohibited. The participating Instructors, Teachers and support staff accepts any and all risks including medical risks as high blood pressure, fainting, heartbeat disorders, physical injury, heart attack or stroke and may aggravate pre-existing injuries including Covid-19 related afflictions. In case of any such incident of event the User are strongly encouraged to seek all possible medical and legal assistance at the earliest against the erring Trainer or Instructors or the support staff.
